We offer FREE SHIPPING: Most orders for merchandise over $100.00 will receive free ground shipping anywhere in the LOWER 48 United States. To get free shipping, all you need to do is fill your shopping cart with at least $100.00 worth of items, and you will receive Free Shipping on your order. Each item will display free shipping if available for that item. Free Shipping applies to most orders $100.00 and over inside the United States. Free Shipping excludes Alaska and Hawaii. Orders to Hawaii and Alaska do have a shipping surcharge which is displayed during the ordering process. For all other countries your shipping charges will be displayed during the ordering process. For the Customer's protection, we ship only to the verified billing address of the Customer's credit card. Orders will be shipped promptly via UPS or FedEx Ground.

Expedited Shipping:
Expedited shipping is available for many items. When you select expedited shipping, an estimated shipping charge is computed at product checkout. If we are unable to meet your expedited shipping request or the actual costs of expedited shipping vary from our estimate, we will contact you directly. Please keep in mind that many lighting products are custom made or built to order and have associated lead times. In such cases, expedited shipping will be from the date the product is available to ship

Return and Refund Policy: Guaranteed Satisfaction
Light Bulbs Unlimited is dedicated to providing our customers a superior shopping experience and is committed to your satisfaction. We stand behind its products and will issue a refund, replacement or credit if you are not satisfied with your purchase and notify us within 14 days of receipt of product. We have a 20% to 30% restocking fee (based on what our vendor charges us) on items that are returned for no reason. Any discounts or free shipping applied to your original order may be deducted from your return credit, with a minimum deduction of $15. For example, if we provided free shipping on your order and you returned some items, we would issue a credit to you for the price you paid for the returned merchandise, but we would deduct the greater of what we actually paid in shipping or $15.00.

The customer is responsible for shipping the product back to
Light Bulbs Unlimited. If returned products arrived damaged or used we will not be able to provide a refund. For this reason, we strongly advise you to use an insured, trackable shipping method to return items. We do not accept returns on light bulbs. Returns require prior authorization (in the form of a RMA number) which can be requested by e-mailing sales@lbulighting.com and items must be received by us within 10 calendar days from when we issue the RMA or you will not receive any credit for your return. Be sure to include a description of the items you would like to return, the original order number and the reason for return in your message. We cannot accept returns without an RMA, so be sure to contact us before sending anything back. Defective W.A.C. Lighting products may be repaired or exchanged for replacements during the five year manufacturer warranty period; contact us for warranty policies of any other manufacturers we carry.

Exceptions

  • We cannot accept returns of installed products, unwrapped crystals, special order products, and custom or fabricated-to-order products. We encourage you to ask for as much information as you need when ordering special order or custom products including swatches, finish samples etc. We identify custom and special order products clearly on the product page.
  • We cannot accept returns of large orders of the same product. (We define large orders as 6 or more of the same product). If you are ordering a large quantity of an item, we encourage you to order a sample first to make sure it's what you need.
  • We do not accept returns of clearance merchandise, light bulbs or lampshades.
  • We do not accept returns for international orders, Canada being the one exception.

Damaged Goods
Any product that is received damaged must be reported within 48 hours of receipt.
Light Bulbs Unlimited will not accept responsibility for any damages not reported within this time frame. Upon receiving notification that your product is damaged, Light Bulbs Unlimited will file a claim with the shipper. Claims typically take 8-10 business days to process. Please do not discard the damaged product until you receive instruction from Light Bulbs Unlimited. After the claims process has been completed, Light Bulbs Unlimited will send a replacement fixture at no cost to you. Failure to follow this procedure may result in a charge for the free replacement item.

Products received with broken glass or dented shades are not considered defective. In such a case, we will provide replacement glass or shades at no additional charge. Should you wish to return a product that was received with broken glass or a dented shade, the standard return policy above will apply.


Defective Goods
Any product defects must be reported within 30 days of you receiving your order. After 30 days,
Light Bulbs Unlimited will make every attempt to repair and/or replace your product. If you find your product to be defective, please contact Customer Service to coordinate repair and/or replacement. Please allow 3-5 business days to receive a Repair/Return Authorization. Light Bulbs Unlimited will be responsible for return shipping and the shipping of the replacement product and will send you return instructions accordingly. Please do not discard the defective product until you receive instructions from Light Bulbs Unlimited. Failure to return the defective product may result in a charge for the free replacement item. In addition, returned items that are found to be in working condition may not be eligible for a refund or may be subject to a restocking fee.

Canceled Orders
You may cancel an order that has not been shipped unless it is a special order or customized product. Any cancellation fees imposed by the manufacturer will be your responsibility and will be deducted from any refund. All cancellations must be confirmed in writing or email by our returns department.

Pricing or Product Description Discrepancies
Light Bulbs Unlimited makes every effort to assure the accuracy of the pricing and product information on our website. From time to time, pricing or product information may be inaccurate. In such cases, we reserve the right to cancel your order. A complete refund will be made for any items that have not yet been shipped. In the event of inaccurate product information, our sole responsibility will be to accept the product return and provide a customer refund.

Privacy
Light Bulbs Unlimited is committed to protecting the privacy of our customers and using customer information responsibly. Your e-mail address is used only when we are confirming your order or notifying you of additions, updates or news concerning our website. Light Bulbs Unlimited does not make your e-mail address available to any other companies. All transactions at our site are handled with the industry - standard Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption. When you enter your credit card number and personal information into the order form it is transmitted in an encrypted manner and decoded when it is submitted to our bank processor. This provides the most secure shopping environment for our valued customers at all times.
